Once our Sector Skills Agreements have been finalised, we
develop an Action Plan. Implementing the SSAs requires effective
partnership working. This is the critical success factor for Semta,
employers and all partners.
Delivery of the SSA is a key objective of the Semta business
plan. Each Action Plan is assigned a project team to ensure
effective implementation and collaboration.
