Current projects that Semta is responsible for include:
Semta have secured funding to continue the work of the last four
years in addressing the barriers to progression for female talent
within our Sector footprint. We are delighted that for the
first time funding is available across the 4
Nations. Semta have secured over 350
places.
Candidates will undertake a one day workshop, which enables
women to take stock of their career to date; analyse their current
position and achievements; and identify individual objectives for
future progression. It equips delegates with the knowledge,
skills and confidence to identify career aspirations and create an
action plan for the achievement of their goals.
Achievement of individual goals may require training and Semta,
through this programme, will provide £400 per candidate towards the
cost of any training identified in the Career Development Plan.
(Companies must contribute £100 per person towards the cost of the
initial workshop).
